Shipping and returns
Production time
Most items in the shop are made to order. Production time depends on the size of your order and the number of orders currently in progress.
In most cases, production takes between 1 and 4 business days. If a longer delay is needed, you will of course be contacted after your order is placed.
Shipping methods
France
- Mondial Relay – Lockers (automatic parcel lockers)
- Mondial Relay – Pickup points
Mondial Relay delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days after dispatch. You can choose your pickup point or locker during checkout.
Europe
- Mondial Relay (depending on eligible countries)
- InPost (depending on destination)
For European deliveries, shipping time is on average about one week after dispatch.
Local pickup
A local pickup option is available in Lille and nearby areas. Pickup is by appointment only, arranged via message after your order is placed.
Returns
In accordance with applicable law, you have 15 days after delivery to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, at your expense, either:
- to a pickup point near my home
- or directly to my home
After the return is received and checked, refunds are processed within 3 business days.
